
February 6-10 is National School Counseling Week (NSCW), as designated by the American School Counselor Association. The theme for this year's celebration is Helping Students Dream Big.
School counselors support students' academic, career, and social/emotional development. They work collaboratively with all stakeholders, providing a comprehensive school counseling program that meets the needs of all learners and ensures equitable access, support, programming, and services to foster educational success.
National School Counseling Week honors and celebrates the contributions, impact, and outcomes of school counselors.
Reach out to a school counselor this week to thank them for their service and ask them about their role and program impact.

Students were challenged to apply their knowledge of factors to earn money in a task called "task collector."

4K visited the Bloomer Post Office! The 4K’ers enjoyed learning all about the postal service, sitting in the mail truck and sending a Valentine in the mail.

On Wednesday, February 1st Ms. Begalke’s second graders had several guest readers visit their classroom to help them celebrate World Read Aloud Day by sharing a story or two with them! 📔📕📚

Also a big thank you to Mr. Dachel for setting up a Zoom conference with author Lisa M. Bolt Simons. It was a busy day!!
