SPARKS Student Council would like to recognize our January recipients of the Kind Hero Award.
Mrs. Lueck is our district's special education director. She does everything she can to support all students and help them have what they need to succeed in the classroom and in feeling good about themselves. She does these things with a kind heart and smile.
Mr. Hartrman is the principal here at Bloomer Elementary School. He recognizes students for following The Blackhawk Way and helps them feel proud of themselves for the choices they make. He asks students questions to get to know them to show he cares about who they are.

This weekend, our Bloomer FFA members represented our chapter with pride at the Wisconsin FFA Half-Time Conference! 🎉💙💛 #bloomerhawks
Bloomer Middle School is partnering with the American Heart Association to empower a nation of heart heroes and life savers! Join us in completing Finn’s Mission to learn hands-only CPR. If you have a student in middle school, register them today and help us reach our goal of at least 50% of our students finishing the mission.
Students who complete the mission get entered to win two tickets to the 2026 Super Bowl! 🏈❤️
For every 18 students that complete the mission, BMS will be entered into a drawing for a $10,000 playground makeover! #bloomerhawks
Last Friday the BHS Student Council members worked with SPARKS Student Council to make tie blankets.
Some of these were donated to the Bloomer Police Department to use ,and the rest will be delivered to area nursing homes. What a great collaborative project! #bloomerhawks
4th Grade students had the pleasure of listening to our very own Ms. Vickie talk about her experience growing up near the San Andreas Fault Line and experiencing earthquakes!
We are learning about earthquakes in our reading unit, and getting to hear about them from Ms. Vickie was enough to make us all thankful we live in Wisconsin! #bloomerhawks

The 8th-grade basketball teams had the opportunity to attend UWEC basketball games over the past few weeks. The girls watched the UWEC Women take on UW Platteville, the boys watched the UWEC Men take on UW Stout.
Both groups had the opportunity to interact with some UWEC players after the games. Thank you to both UWEC Men's and Women's programs for hosting us! #bloomerhawks

Congratulations to the eight members of the Bloomer High school Choir who were chosen to participate in the Red Cedar Honors Choir on January 13th.
Throughout the day, these students rehearsed with many other choir members from neighboring school districts. They put on an excellent performance that showcased their hard work and talent.
