🚨 Attention Bloomer Community 🚨
As part of our ongoing commitment to the safety and well-being of our students and staff, Bloomer High School will participate in a PRACTICE armed intruder drill on Thur. Oct. 24.
This drill is a precautionary measure to ensure everyone knows the proper protocols in the event of an emergency.
Please rest assured that this is only a drill, and no real danger is present.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to prioritize safety at Bloomer High School.

🏃♀️ NOW HIRING: Middle School Track Coach! 🏃♂️
Do you have a passion for athletics and working with youth? We're looking for an enthusiastic Track Coach to join our middle school team and help shape the next generation of athletes!
In Mrs. Klemish's ELA class, her students are going to be practicing how to make and describe a connection between two individuals, events, ideas, or pieces of information in a text.
They will be practicing this by using texts about fossils and the history of the Earth. Step one to this unit is to build background knowledge about the Earth. Today they used playdough to build an Earth to learn about the core, mantle, crust, water, and landforms.
Before they sliced their Earth in half, they made predictions as to what they were going to see on the inside!
Congratulations Owen!! 🖼️

✏️The School District of Bloomer would like to thank the Blackhawk Education Foundation, for once again providing school supplies to all Bloomer Elementary and Middle School students. 📒
The provision of school supplies plays a crucial role in creating an environment where students are ready and equipped to learn. When students have the materials they need, it reduces distractions, increases engagement, and allows them to focus more fully on their studies!
Donations to the Blackhawk Foundation can be made at https://blackhawkeducationfoundation.com/
🍂Ms. Cruse's students visited the Ice Age Trail last week.

🚍✨ National School Bus Safety Week ✨🚍
This week, we’re highlighting the importance of keeping our children safe on their journey to and from school. Whether you’re a driver, parent, or student, let's work together to ensure our roads and school buses are as safe as possible!
🛑 Drivers: Always stop for school buses with flashing lights and extended stop arms. Let’s keep our kids safe as they get on and off the bus!
👧 Parents & Students: Remind your little ones to stay 10 feet away from the bus at all times and always cross in front of the bus where the driver can see them.
🚦 Safety Tips for Everyone:
Stay alert, avoid distractions.
Slow down in school zones.
Be patient—rushing can lead to accidents!
Let’s all do our part to make this school year the safest one yet! 💛🚌
